Carmen
Treatment Coordinator
Carmen is a North Texas native who loves meeting new people and turning patients into friends. She has a decade of experience in the dental field, but orthodontics is her true passion. Carmen performs many roles in the office, from insurance coordinating and scheduling to guiding new patients throughout their orthodontic experience!
Outside of work, Carmen spends her time with her husband, daughter, and Goldendoodle puppy. Her hobby list includes hiking, storm chasing, geocaching, and even aviation. She is a renaissance woman and is ready to help all of our patients, new and old!
Rosie
Front Desk and Financial Coordinator
Rosie has eight years of experience in the dental field. Her joy of working front office is the rapport she builds with each patient that walks through our doors. As the first person our patients see, Rosie loves giving a big smile and hello to show them the warmth and love we have in our office. Rosie ensures each patient is taken care of in a professional and timely manner.
Rosie recently moved from Colorado to Texas. She has two children who keep her active, young, and motivated to do better each day. During her free time, she enjoys watching and playing sports with her boys, and being outdoors involved with nature.
Maysa
Orthodontic Assistant
Maysa is one of Dr. Lepley’s chairside assistants, and with 14 years of orthodontic experience, she knows what Dr. Lepley needs before she even needs it! With all of her experience, Maysa is a huge help to patients and can answer many questions.
She is from Dallas and in her spare time loves traveling, hiking, and volunteering. On the weekends, Maysa can be found cooking and providing food for the homeless!
Alana
Orthodontic Assistant
Alana is a trained dentist from Brazil. Seven years ago, she married her husband, Frank, and moved to the United States. In 2016, Alana started working with Dr. Lepley as her assistant.
In 2020, Alana gave birth to a beautiful little girl and stayed home with her for two years. She recently returned to work with Dr. Lepley and could not be happier to be back! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading books, and playing piano.
Marissa
Orthodontic Assistant
Marissa recently joined our team after moving from Arizona to Texas with her husband! The two were just married and are loving their new adventure. Marissa has two years of experience assisting in orthodontics. In her free time, she loves to paddleboard, play pickle ball, and travel with her husband. They are spending weekends now exploring Texas!
